All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500 128MB DDR AGP Video Card link to CompUSA
$299.99 - $50(instant savings) - $50(mfr. MIR) - $50(MIR) = $149.99

--
GIveNs33 and nhidog both report that they phoned their Best Buy and were told that it is $199.
You can PM to Best Buy at $199 - $50(mfr. MIR) - $50(MIR) = $99
Your Mileage May Vary on this one. Good Luck.

Auxano went to Best Buy and says it's the AIW 8500DV 64 for $199, and not the AIW 8500 128.

I went to both Best Buy and Circuit City tonight and found that both had the AIW 8500DV 64MB for $199.99, and
that neither had the AIW 8500 128MB.
I don't think there are any legitimate PM opportunities, but maybe someone will get lucky.

EDIT:
looks like this deal could be good starting 10/12 at the B&M

Anandtech Review

I'm not buying this because I've got enough money tied up in rebates, but I emailed CompUSA
about the rebate issue for those that are buying, and got the following:

The CompUSA rebate center is aware of the conflict regarding the UPC code
and will still accept and process rebates with just a copy of the UPC code.
Just make sure you include a note stating that both rebate forms ask for
the original UPC and that you are sending the the original in with the
manufacturer's rebate.

Thank you for choosing CompUSA

Now this is something worth having. Too bad I recently bought the 8500 128meg for $129.99. I would rather have this one.

I was looking for printer deals and found this instead. I'm not going to buy it, but I'm sure others will. :D

That will not work, you cant use 2 rebates from comp, I thought one rebate was from ATI and other from comp???

This is hot! even with one rebate, it only costs $20 more than the 64mb version. The rebate forms do say that 'cannot be combined w/ other ATI offer' However, they have different dept# on them, and only one has 'bonus' written on it.

I saw 8500 128mb at pricewatch. the price is only $98 with free shipping.
So, is the thing in compusa a good deal?

the deal above is for a Radeon 8500 All-IN-Wonder 128mb card, a much more feature-laden version of the 8500 with an integrated tv tuner/recorder...

Rebates are up now.

Both rebates require original UPC code. Need to find out which one accepts the photocopy one

hmmm....last year when i bought my radeon aiw from comp usa it claimed 50 dollars in rebates from two separte places in the ad...so i sent it in and i got one rebate rejected even when the form said it would take photocopies

i would really be careful with this....this is a lot more in rebates

I would keep copies of the form, upc, and the ad and hope that ATI does not go the way of QPS

if somebody checks this deal out, let us know, how you can send in both rebates since both rebates say, can not be combined with other ati offers. I will this card for sure, if the rebates are both legitimate.

Mailing address for both rebates are to the same. PO Box 821.
Probably want customers to mail both rebate forms together with the original UPC?
They already stated that price on website.. can't be wrong.. I'm going to try it :)
