Well that was fast. Was only good for two days, now dead. Oh well, hope some people got in if they were in the market.

If you have a Costco membership, you can buy this in-store for 32.99. I bought 1 today. The sale is good until 12/2

Interestingly, this comes in one penny below Amazon's new minimum for free shipping, so it may only be a hot deal for those with prime or other things to buy.

By the way, I have one of these, as well as a Transcend 64GB micro SDXC card, and I was surprised to find the Transcend was far faster. At the same time, the SanDisk matched full-size Ultra SD card speeds, so it's no slouch.

Yeah, I'm low on shipping filler... thankfully I got one last time with some glass droppers I've been wanting. The shipping change and now taxes too are going to limit my Amazon shopping a whole lot.

That is surprising. Can you post additional details?

Also, appears dead again, for now...

I'm using the Transcend as my Steam drive for my Transformer Book T100. I think it's faster than the internal eMMC... 😉

This is the faster SanDisk card.

64GB version: It was on sale for $64.99 more than a few times, so you guys missed out.

Also, ditto to the 32GB version. Was available for $29.99 a few days ago.

Faster than anything I've ever seen from Samsung or Transcend. Ironically, there's an even faster SanDisk card than the one I'm describing, but it's currently only available in 16GB maximum at the moment.

I ordered this 64GB SanDisk for my wife to use in the same Transformer Book T100 and it is definitely no speed demon. Those results you have look accurate compared to my own using a Transcend USB 3.0 adapter on a Z87 native USB 3.0 controller. I get 47MB/s read 11MB/s write with this Sandisk card. Much slower compared to the Samsung Plus and Pro microSD cards using the same adapter which measured 77MB/s Read and 32MB/s Write, although the Samsung Pro did cost nearly 2x as much.

Still, the price on this is great for just external data storage which is what my wife will use it for with her T100.

Agree with previous comments regarding speeds. As a portable HDD, it leaves a lot to be desired. But for a cell phone, camcorder, or the like it's plenty fast. And to be fair, it's advertised at 30MB/s, which it hits, at least for seqR and 512R.
