Good find. I just saw the 1TB on newegg, thinking of getting it for my laptop. Seems to be the best for the money currently.

It's certainly helping drive down the price of NVMe storage. At $72, the 240GB stick looks like a no-brainer for most basic systems.

Looks like the 480 and the 960 GB model are sold out from Adata on newegg, though can be bought from another seller there, for a higher price. The deal may be dead.

Thanks, it looks like only the 240GB version is left. I updated my OP.

Edit: I wonder how this drive would be, set up with FuzeDrive, on my R5 1600 rig, with a 4TB Seagate (7200RPM? Not sure.) HDD as the secondary of the pair.

Not sure. I don't have any hands-on experience with FuzeDrive (or Optane for that matter).

SX6000 256GB M.2 (PCI-E 3.0 x2) is $62.99, an even better deal, at Newegg (Shipped and Sold by Adata).

That's an ok entry-level one, but this series is designed to compete with the 970 EVO and PRO. I'd personally go for one of these as they offer much higher performance (for not much more money when at this price).

Is this turning into the "Cheap NVMe M.2 Drive" thread?

It's probably time for one, eh?
