I checked this old post and it looks like they now sell corsair value ram 256m for $30 shipped. Their deal on XMS ram for $33 was much better, but this is at least warm. Lowest price anywhere else is $40 shipped. This not the C3 model, so it must be rated at cas 2.5.

reviews at newegg on this ram here:

It looks like some people got in on the deals before they ended 🙂 I'll update or post again if I find anymore ram deals.

FYI, it was in stock just after OP posted. I tried to get 4 sticks, but the webpage flagged that they did not have that much stock. Then I reduced the amount to 2, and the order went through. This was my first order from them, and I am impressed with how they've blended in real-time inventory capabilities.

They should run dual channel with no problems. I'm using 3x256m of the c2 modules in dual-channel.

Oh, and it looks like they're out of stock now 🙁

Kingston HyperX PC-3500 1G Dual Channel Kit KHX3500AK2/1G for 129.00 looks like a sweet price?

Not sure if there in stock on this now, but I got the HyperX PC-3500 1G Dual Channel Kit KHX3500AK2/1G for 129.00 shipped when browsing there site when this topic was first posted. I didnt need 256MB but needed much more then I came across the kingston and priced it with neweggs kingston and was $100.00 more!

Anyways to make a long story short it arrived today and hope to install it this weekend. 🙂

BTW the Corsair Value Select PC3200 256M went up to $78.00!

Got my 2 sticks of XMS RAM (the $33 deal) today.

All I can say is Wow! I've had just about every 'qulaity' RAM out there & this stuff is hands down the best I've ever used, reguardless of price!

Thanks a million Kogan for the heads~up. Very satisfied.
