you can use any clubs sport or active no restriction. I have no clue who employee it was posted on sd, you can actually play with employee id and use another one.

I saw this deal last week at SD and I signed up last night. I am going to check the facility out and work out after work.

its not that awesome a deal anyway just that you can go month to month. the normal $699 for 3 years type deals is less per month plus you get thhe $100 or less rate after that. i go to 24 , and though the are crowded for the price and the fact they are open well 24 hours is really nice.

i tend to go to the gym reallyy late at night, so it works fine for me. just dont go right after work or dinner and 24 generally is a great gym. that and there are a lot of locations.

It is a good deal if you dont have alot to put out up front

But I went for the $649 for the first 3 years then $29 per year after that

yeah definitely true especially if you dont have a lot to put up front.

Another easier way to get to the gym just for a short while, is to go on ebay and buy gift certificates for say 6months etc.

sometimes its even cheaper thant his deal.

the 649/29 deal was awesome. i ended up doing 749/100 because there wasnt a deal at the time. i remember the 649/29 was a huge group that met up just to get that price, since i havent heard of it getting that cheap lately.

does this deal allow you visit several location or just the one you sign up with? any time restriction to get in such as Tuesday Thurdays Sunday only that type of deal?!?!

No time restriction, any spors, active or express

I worked out yesterday. I showed the paperwork and the employee, she was cute btw, nonchalantly scanned the barcode and I was good to go.

Dead?

Due to overwhelming response, this program has now ended. Click here to see our 24th anniversary special, available online today!

Good thing I signed up last night! Worked out a few hours ago. Haven't been to the gym in about 3 yrs, need a lot of work. The hotties are a nice motivator.

woo, made it in yesterday, good thing i didn't procrastinate...!

You got the employee appreciation special. We
found your membership. You have an all club sport membership, and you
pay $24 plus tax per month. This means you can get into any club in
Washington. I'm having one of my fitness counselors print out your
agreement, so just come on into the club at your convenience and you can
pick that up.

If your thinking about the three year $650 deal you may want to look into getting a home gym (if you have the space)

What I have:
300ibs olympic barbell set-$100 at Sports Authority
Powerline power rack or powertec power rack (which ever you can afford) $250-$350
FID bench ~$130 (used mine was $100)
Olympic dumbells and curlbar-$30 at walmart
Roughly $500
If you can find these guys in your craigslist or paper the price would be even less (usually the resale value is really low on these things)

Either way a diet is really important (weather your losing weight or gaining muscle)
I recommend reading bodybuilding.com (they have a VERY good forum)

Whatever you do taking the first step for fitness is always a good thing. Also please lose weight the right way; any questions i will be happy to answer

$29 a year? Is that true?

My membership is about up at my gym in the next month or 2. I signed up and it was $720 for 2 years with a bonus 6 months free. I was then guaranteed and extra savings once my membership needed to be re-newed with no fees or enrollment charges, and the price would only be $20 a month.

It was around 3 or 4 months into my membership when Lifestyles Family Fitness bought out SouthSide Athletic Club (which was the gym I had the membership with) . I hope this place doesn't screw me about the price I was guaranteed of $20 a month 2 years ago, as that was one of the selling points when I initially signed up.

BTW I am hoping to get $20 a month and be happy to get it. If you guys are getting $29 a year I don't see how they;d make any money, plus 24 HOur Fitness is open all the time so their operating expenses are much greater than where I go which closes at 9pm...

They aren't open 24 hrs around here.
