well, since there is so much fuss kicked up about this, i figured i might as well get in on the action, and then think about what i've done at a later date.

these went from 188, to 77, to 0 in about 4 minutes.

It appears Dell has since removed this item from the list. I presume they either caught their mistake or sold out of the incorrect product.

For those of you who ordered, please let us know if they cancel your order or deliver the 2005FPW.

It was fixed. I put in an order before they changed it but I still haven't recieved a confirmation number.

I'd say 90% chance they won't honor those 2405 orders we put in.

Actually, it wasn't fixed. It's no longer there because they're out. The one that's there now is the same one that was there above the 2405 to begin with. 🙂

Now, wait for your shipments and pray (like I am).

I figure I'll keep two, and sell the other two for a tidy profit. 🙂

Wow! Too bad they are sold out of the cheap ones. They are listing the 2405FPW 24" wide screen now for $998. Five minutes ago, there were 29, now there are only 10.
