DEAD - 20 piece flatware set for $9.99 from $228 @ Amazon Friday Sale

Bought 6 sets. Not arriving till the middle of next month, which is fine. Giving a set or two to my gf when she moves into her new place and a couple for myself, and save two for future gifts. Sweet deal! Can't really go wrong with flatware that's cleanly designed and 18/10 to boot.

Edit: Crap! Just read another thread and there's a 2% eBate for Amazon.com!

I got two sets, plus the $39.99 Sabatier knife set that everyone seems to like so much on Amazon. I used one of the $5 off of $35 coupons too, to save a little bit more. Totalled to about $55 plus tax with free shipping, and hopefully they'll send me that $20 giftcard too that was mentioned earlier above. As long as its decent silverware, the only drawback that I can see is that its supposed to take a week or two until it ships.

With that price however, thats a-okay with me.

Well I just reordered, with 6 sets. The $5 off coupon is showing up in my cart, but I can't get it when I checkout...this is weird. Anybody else having the same problem?

This happened to me two weeks ago with the PhotoShop Elements 2.0. I know it accepted the coupon, but when I when it arrived I looked at the shipping label and it wasn't there. I went searching everything I copied from my order and it wasn't there. Hmmmmm

Mine was also cancelled. The question now is..........how are we going to respond? They've cancelled a BUNCH of orders on this one. We need to find a way to get them to honor the purghase, or at least give us discounts on a future purchase.
