Dead 17" LCD --> 19" LCD Replacement

my friend hates dealing with paperwork, so i called and requested an RMA on his 2 year old dead HP 17" LCD. long story short, they sent me (him) a 19" replacement. it's a refurb, but who can complain (that lucky bastard)

Happens fairly often with older products, only because the company just doesn't have the lower product anymore. I've had a few size upgrades on Hard Drive RMA's.

nice. i had a 40gb maxtor die on me once and they sent back a 60gb.
