2 listed cheap under "Systemax", $1.99 and 99c.
Copper base plate shown in the $1.99 LGA1156 pictures.
99c item might not have the copper base (wrong description copied from the "CU" model?).
Mount, from bottom, does look odd, as if it has screws (not pushpin?).
Possible leftovers from when TD sold systems, like the HEC 80+ PSU & some case deals.

$1.99 LGA 1156 "SYX-805811OH | Model#: 1100 CU PWM (E)"

$.99 AMD? "SYX805810OH | Model#: 1100 PWM (E)" 1 review from an AMD A4-4000 user who did not try it yet. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...2482&CatId=493

Nice. Fan alone is worth more than a buck.

Awesome deal, thanks! Always using these cheap CPU coolers when the HSF on people's low-mid range video cards break.

How do you attach the cooler?

Zip-ties. Use a few zip-ties without the long part as nuts, the normal zip-ties as bolts. You can sandwich the cooler onto the PCB without any risk of damage :). I've done this to several rigs that have bad stock coolers (I'm looking at you, 460 gtx).
