I searched newegg on bing.com and found the site. but it doesnt say anything about bing cash back

Choose your item trough BING to for sample NEWEGG, buy it and in 2-3 min-s promissed % will apear on your bing account, if you keep purchased item during 2 months bing will send you $ at PAYPAL or mail.
Newegg and other retail store Bing cashback now is no more than 2-3 %.
