I don't see the problem in the following logic.

If an issue dosen't effect me, and I can't see it affecting dramatically anyone I know or care about, or anyone there is a chance I could meet and begin to care about, then I don't care about, it get's pushed to the bottom of my list of priorities.

For this reason I don't care about banning legal highs, banning caffeine or paris hilton, among other things.

Question 2) Your on a tech forum I bet theres a lot of people around here who play that game, although I don't happen to be one of them I'm more of an FPS gamer. im tired and dont have time to read the whole thread but....you cant get tested for this stuff, it gets you high with a high similar to marijuana, and can often be had cheaper than marijuana.

so..you get high, cheaply, and no piss test you get at work is going to pick up on it. its no wonder the stuff was selling

I'm happy to admit that I'm ignorant when it comes to certain things but when it comes to the banning of caffien I see no downsides, the same with cannibis. So thinking about it maybe it's not just that I don't care it's also that I don't have a theoretical problem with it. I don't see why anyone would unless they really like the above.

You still aren't addressing the issue that your point is, "well if *I* don't like it, then nobody must like it, so the government should make it illegal." Arrogant much?

I kind of wish I was some previously banned guy sitting here after having flown to england bought a proxy and set up some absurdly elaborate tunnel. But in actual fact as you suggest. I'm wound fairly tight 🙂

Also I never said let's ban all the dangerous things, I'm saying somethings if people try to ban them I don't care.

You haven't yet? I stopped getting my fix with pot, so I tend to just raid the medicine cabinet, crush them all in to my joints, and fire that sucker up.

Italicized is unfortunate as I have met many like that and felt bad for them. Not pity, because they seemed to be happy individuals overall, but definitely something close to it.

Bold, I actually agree with you somewhat. Not sure how it is over there, but here we have these inhibitors to democracy called lobbyists and voter apathy. Neither problem has a solution. Even though you are all still pretty fucked up over there with your monarchy, there is a similar game played here, but it is more diverse and thinly veiled.

Fair enough, In all honesty I know little to nothing about the way the american government works. Out monarchy isn't an issue though, they have barely any power now days, they make no decisions and are just figure heads. So I don't really know what you mean by that. And yeah I'm happy too 🙂 Pity away, makes no difference to me.

It's kind of like when they banned fox hunting, I'm not a fox, I'm not a toff that hunts them therefore, I had no bearing on my life whatsoever. Although in that case I do at least feel bad for the fox.
