DDRAM 3 BANK trouble

I tried to run 3 x 512MB PQI 266 DDRAMs with an intel P4 2.2GHz on ASUS p4s333 with SiS645 chipset. Worked only with memory FSB 100MHz. The setting CPU/Memory frequency rate from 1:1 to 3:4 made the system unworkable 🙁 Some suggestions ??? Please help 🙁
