ddr800 in asrock 775dual-vsta

Specs state the asrock 775dual-vsta supports up to ddr667, but I heard that it has no problem with ddr800. Is this true? I am looking at ordering a 2gb OCZ kit and need to know if I can go with the faster ram. Yes I am aware you can overclock ddr667 to 800 anyways.
