DDR400 at CAS2?

I was browsing the DDR400 market with talks of the P4X400 and 648 chipsets, and I came across some OCSystem DDR that claims to be able to run DDR400 at CAS2. It seems like nobody has been able to run DDR400 at CAS2, even with hand-picked modules, but this RAM claims it can. I doubt it's true, but I wonder if any of you have tried it.

I see what you mean, also if Corsiar sells their CAS2 DDR333 for $90, I dunno how they can sell CAS 2 DDR400 for that much, even if it wasn't vaporware
