DDR400 Advice

I'm looking to upgrade my "supposedly" micron pc3200 512x2 kit, that is unable of running in dual mode at 200mhz... too late for the rma.

I was looking at Kingston Value ram, http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-141-423&depa=1 newegg has 2x512 kit it for $90 sounds like a real good deal. It's cas 3 but I heard of ppl pushing it to 215mhz at cas 2. Has anyone had any experience with this ram?

Tryed the highest setting my mobo gives, had it at 2.8 still no luck... best I get is 207 3-3-8...

I never took of the heatspreaders to actually check the chips, so I get a feeling that I was sent some el cheepo ram advertised as micron

The only problem I'm thinking of is that my mobo does not show a setting for 2.5, just 2 or 3.....

Does that mean that I wont be able to take advantage of 2.5 ??

I use 4 sticks of THESE babies, and never had any probs.

a 2.8v they should do Cas2 easily.

At DDR400, you could probably get 2-2-2-5 with 2.8v
