DDR333... Will there be a Price Increase or Drop in the coming weeks

Hi there,
I have 512MB OF PC2700 DDR SDRAM..
I am looking into adding an additional 512
Well Not really in a hurry But just would like your opinion on the Price..

I am only going for Kingston CL2.5 Rams... Since my Bios is locked and I can do nothing -dell pc ;p
So,
What says you..
2-3 weeks time
Will i see a drop or
SHould I get it only when I am starting to feel the Serious slowdown due to insufficient RAM....
I normally use the PC for Games e.g cs,C&C Generals,

Radeon 9700 Pro
Western Digital 40Gb 2mb buffer..

The trend has been going down, but who really knows in this wacky industry?
I have been running with 512 of PC2700 since November and have not had an memory related slow downs. I do use the rig pretty hard, with multiple windows open at once. If I were to increase my ram, I would have to get two 512 MB boards so I don't think I'll be adding any soon.
