DDR3 1333Mhz or 1600Mhz???

i am really confused with the memory. which one should i go for?

AMD phenom II x6 1090T
MoBo: Asus M4A89TD PRO

i read that the processor supports only 1333mhz and the motherboard can support with overclocking 1600mhz. can i use the 2x2gb 1600mhz for the mobo or should i buy the 2x2gb 1333mhz?? will the 1600mhz memory work at 1333mhz??

Faster memory will work at slower speeds, sometimes, if you're lucky, with tighter timings.
