DDR

Memory is available now (doesn't work with current motherboards tho) from Crucial@Micron.Com. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Motherboards will available "soon" - which mostly likely means sometime around Jan. or Feb. - although possibly in limited quantities next month.
 
The only place I can find anything actually for sale now is at micronpc.com. They have computers with 200 or 266 bus speeds, they look good but they say waits are longer than normal. I really wanted to buy a DDR motherboard before Christmas, but it doesn't look good.
 
I too was planning on getting DDR before Christmas, but that doesn't look like it's gonna happen.
Fortunately😀, I can now get 2 X 128MB of PC 133 SDRAM for about $180 from Crucial.
...I remember when it was about $180 for 1 stick of 128.
