DDR with NANYA chips

First of all how are these chips compared to other DDR chips?
Second of al how can u tell what timings it has?

the markings are...
NT5DS16M8AT-7K made in taiwan.

I believe those are 7ns chips. I have a couple of 512MB corsair sticks with -7k Nanya chips on them. I have tested them up to 144 MHz FSB at CAS2, but I have not gone higher, as I need to unlock my Athlon XP to do that. 🙂

Wow, thanks for the swift reply. I got these today and i thought they were some generic brand as i have only heard of micron, infineon, samsung, and hyundai.
 
nanya is widely know for DDR memory. Seems to be pretty good chit as well.
