DDR voltage changes voltages problems on DFI LAN PARTY ULTRA-D NFORCE4

when i try to set up the ddr voltage on the bios up to 2.7 and next. the value doesn't change go back to the default value, no matter what trick i try out. Even i change the jumper to try up the voltage to 4v without results.?
