DDR or RIMM

I am so confused I have read all I can read and I am still confused. should I get the abit TH7-2 raid or the BD7 raid. Will the BD7 support 333 DDR or the upcomming 400 DDR if so that would be the mobo to get. I will use this machine mostly for gamming. I have already ordered the TH7-2 raid but I am loosing sleep. I have one day to change my mind. Please help
