Napalmhimself,

The system operator over at OCworkbench has posted some information on the release of DFI's CD70 motherboard adopting VIA Apollo Pro266 DDR chipset. the interesting thing about this board is that it will be the first to support the socket 370 interface. but like Henry Kuo said, the release date isnt always the day the product hits the shelf. i'm just really excited to see a review for this new board since i'm not an AMD user.

Henry Kuo,

I'm assuming that since this is the first DDR chipset supporting the socket 370 interface you will be reviewing it as soon as you can get ahold of it?

I just purchased a gigabyte ga-7dx from pricewatch.com search for amd 760 you should find it. I hope this board has the ability to change the multiplier on my gig athlon to 9 so that i can run the fsb at 133. and now i heard if i cant my pc2100 wont even work with my athlon inless i can run it at 133mhz. I cant find anything about this boards ability to overclock or even just changeing multipliers???????????????

If i cant get this working im going to be in the market for a new athlon does anyone know where i can find one that has the (OPN)** that ends with a C.

** thats the number on the first line of the markings on an tbird/duron processor.
