DDR mobos for P3?

Any speculation as to around when mobos that support DDR RAM for Intel processors will be coming out? Its the difference between my building my new machine this month, or holding off a little bit.

Don't expect to see the DDR chipsets for the P3 at least until next year, so you would have to wait at least 3 months.
