It would be helpful if you noted those are DDR speeds. They aren't directly comparable to a quad-pumped bus, and the OP very likely has a Pentium 4 Northwood B with a quad-pumped bus.

Divide the quad-pumped FSB speed (533 MHz) by 4 to get the speed of the clock driving it (133 MHz). Multiply that by 2 to get the appropriate DDR speed (DDR266). Multiply by 8 to get the equivalent "PC" rating (PC2100).

PC2100 or higher will work fine for OP's needs.
