DDR Memory Settings

I just wanted opinions in memory settings for the best OC. I am running a XP1800@1621 (141FSB) and MSI K7T266 Pro- RU. My current settings are one lower than default. (sorry I cannot remember the exact settings I am at work right now) I know I am running @ CAS 2. Would I have better luck switching it to CAS 2.5?
 
Go to CAS2.5, 4 bank interleave, and other settings at their maximum values. If your multiplier is unlocked then also lower it to a lower setting. Then push the FSB as much as it will go.

Once you've found the max then you can try improving the timings and see if the decrease in FSB is worthwhile (eg. run Sandra mem benchmarks). I find the 4 bank interleave and 2T CMD delay really improve my stability at high FSB.
 
We have tweaked our memory pretty far, have a look at slapps.com for the settings.
I think the memoryscore on page 2 will tell that the tweaking went on quite well.
