Which brand of DDR Memory is the best to get? At my local store I can get Kingston, Corsair (but those are so expensive that I won't buy them) and Samsung... Which one would you suggest?

Thank you 🙂

With respect to DDR PC2100, I have both sets of PNY (Samsung - chip & PCB) and I have sets of Crucial (Micron Tech chip).

Which one is superior?

TIA 🙂

All those brands will work OK... depends on how far you want to push them.. I have always been a great fan of Micron (Crucial) RAM.. out of those you can get, for price, i'd either get Samsung or Kingston

Corsair is THE BEST, but it's $$$.

I upgrading my current system. Currently I have 768mb of Kingston pc133. It is being replaced by 512mb of Corsair pc3200C2. Not much in comparing the two. You get what you pay for. Kingston is good for value. Corsair is great for performance.
