DDR frenzy.....What's going on? Someone fill me in!

I haven't been looking at computer stuff lately and now I don't know what's going on. Can ya'll help me out with couple of questions?

Why is the FSB now 266? DDR with P3?? I thougth it was supposed to be used with the to athlons. axions or something? what happened to P4 and the RDRAM?

What's a good combination right now for DDR? for Athlons? for P4? for RDRAM?

Dont be so mean. I would recommend reading all of anands articles for the past 6month, then go through the news archives and read the past 6 month of news. Seeya in 2 months
