DDR Booster with A8N-SLi Deluxe?

Hey all, anybody try or know anyone who has tried using the OCZ DDR Booster with the Asus A8N-SLi Deluxe? I have this motherboard on the way, and wondered if it would work. I checked the OCZ website and it looks like the motherboard is too new to be on the list... Anyone??

C'mon guys,

Hasn't ANYONE tried this combination?? With the new OCZ PC-4000 Gold VX modules out, it would be nice if we could up the ddr voltage a bit to see what they can REALLY do...

I would think with the 250mhz memory limitation, it wouldn't make a difference.

I can see your point, but people are currently pushing this board a bit further with the newer BIOS, 1004. Last I saw the highest @ 1T was 256MHz HT... Not much of an increase, I admit, but an increase nonetheless.

It's just my .02, but this gives me the impression that this board may turn into a decent overclocker, given some time for new BIOS updates to come to light.

Thanks, Whitewolf...apparently they updated that fairly recently, it wasn't on the list last i checked.

PS I noticed in your sig that you're using the 1004.001 beta BIOS...they just released 1004 final, check out Asus' website to download!

Hehe thanks, I upgraded last night after I posted here and it seems to be fine, no issues so far.
Haven't tried to go beyond 242 1T though. I'll try this evening and let's hope I can break the 250!
