DDI Version in Vista

I'm running an 8800GTX in Vista (32), but the DDI version is reporting 9ex, not 10. I have tried scaling-back my overclock and reinstalling Vista, but that does not help. I have the latest video and chipset drivers, but nothing gets it to report DDI version 10. Am I missing something?

Any help is much appreciated.
