Setup a router for a friend and installed DD-WRT. I am absolutely amazed at the features of this thing. The bandwidth monitoring is really cool to watch, and Im amazed that it actually keeps track of it month to month.

I only wish my router supported it

Then get the Asus and use the current one as a Giga Switch.

If you liked DD-WRT you may want to take a look at Tomato. Where the monitor bandwidth came from.

I'm using DD-WRT v23 SP2. If it's working fine is there any reason to go up to v24? I read the technical announcement but don't really know what most of the new features even mean. heh.

v24 SP1 has been my first experience with it
