While in Ganged mode theres no single error in the test, even when running it for >10 hours. So memory has rock solid stability according to memtest. When I switching it to unganged mode and starting the test, right from the start Hcidesign Memtest reporting 2-3 errors and more if I will continue testing. Memtest86+ under dos also found one error in first pass. Errors disappeared with unganged mode when I set DRAM Frequency to 1067 mhz. Also should mention about prevoius ram I had - NCP 2gb x3 and had also memory errors with it. But it havent supported Ganged Mode, so it always was in Unganged. Setting DRAM Frequency to 1067 mhz also helped, but its totally unacceptable solution.
What can cause these errors - partially compatible ram, cpu memory controller, northbridge, psu or something else?

My config:
Motherboard: M4A88T-V EVO (BIOS v0404)
CPU - Athlon II x4 640 BOX
RAM: Kingmax PC-10600 1333mhz 2gb x2. Model no. FLF85F-C8KM9 NAES, Chip no. Kingmax KFC8FNMXF-BXX-15A
PSU: FSP 350 wt
OS: Windows XP x64 SP2, Windows XP x32 SP2.

Thanks in advance.

No, not yet and not so soon sadly. Btw PSU has only 24+4 pin connectors, while motherboard's recommended are 24+8 pins. Still its 24+4 pins compatible. But I'm not sure if this 24+4 setup can cause problems with stability.

Unganged mode cosuming more energy, than ganged?

For guys who will have similiar problem - problem was in defective module. Changing it to good one fixed the problem. Why so much troubles with DDR3? Rhetorical question. Modern hardware is made from junk and made in China. This tells a lot.

It's not a problem with DDR3 or junk made in China. As you know, will know or have noticed. Hardware prices have plummented. It's mostly because these cheaper parts don't have as much QA or testing in China. The prices are so cheap, you become the QA. It's just the old truth of hidden cost of lower prices.
