DCLCD DCL24A Scepter

I read some really good user opinions on newegg, Tigerdirect, and Amazon on this monitor so I bought one. Took some tweaking to get rid of blurryness (lineless bifocals don't help 🙁 ) I think enabling DCR and increasing the sharpness did it.
It does have a non glare screen. My Sony doesn't and seems clearer. Spreadsheets are really nice on it once you adjust the font size.
The user reviews says it is good for gamers. It has a Overdrive setting that increases pixel response. I also watch TV on it.
It doesn't come with a CD. You download the drivers at the DCLCD web site. BUT, the 24 inch monitors aren't listed when you go to install them. Am calling tech support tomorrow.

No buzzing like some people have reported. I didn't hook up the speakers.

Good luck finding one of these. TigerDirect has sold out and newegg and amazon don't list them anymore. The 20" is still available but the specs aren't as good. Neither are the user reviews.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. I hope this helps

I recently purchased the DCLCD and it is a fantastic monitor, just make sure you use the DVI cable that came with the monitor for some reason when I used the one that came with my old LCD it was blurry. No stuck pixels, great contrast, brightness, no complaints whatsoever.
