DC i7 EVO cooler install probs or just the way it is

Friends new built DC system is situated in a new full tower case.

Case has 2 front 120 mm fans, 1 top 120 mm fans, 1 rear 120mm fans, and a evo 212.

During initial load/temp testing, using the iGPU and an ambient room temp of 70, the idle temps were 28-30 C. Under full intel diagnostic peaked at about 70C.

Is this considered normal? I dont have an evo personally so would appreciate those with the evo to chime in.

If thats under a true 100% load, totally fine.

Yup had him send me his aid64 results.

Ambient: 70 F (too lazy to convert to C)
Pre-Aid64 temps at 1-5% Core Uti: Temps were 33 C
AiD64 stability test at 100% Core Uti: Temps were 67-69 C (core 3 as usual the lowest)
