Daytek Monitors

Why hasnt anyone ever said anyhting about these? they seem to be pretty good monitors(some models, some suck) But i have had one for 2 years and it has been great, i am looking to get anew one and give this on to my g/f, what do you all think about daytek's? BTW i work at a computer wholesaler and all the monitors we carry are our own branded ones(use samsung tubes, or thats what they tell me anyways), hansol which are pretty good as well as long as you get a high end one, and daytek. BTW i was looking at the daytek 75P, it has awesome specs, its 17" .25dp and will do 1600x1200 at 85Hz. Seems good. What do you think. And can anyone tell me what tubes daytek uses?

come on there has to be someone out there with a daytek, i mean we sell a few skids a week lol, some response would be nice 🙂

i have had a few dayteks in my time...the 15" one has been kicking it for 6 years, they dont make them like that anymore...and the 17" one i have now is okay but i have a vertical line running through it but i can only notice it when watching dvds or when i have a black background up...also it makes a god awful squeels like interference or something. I like how they are affordable more than anything.

well i have a daytek monitor toomodel 77a with 0.27 dpi cost me 250 bucks.Until right now i am still satisfy with its perfomance.I should go for the 0.25dpi the image is really nice and the price is cheap too.

when i bought my .25 a year ago i paid $340 canadian so that shows how much the price has come down....then last few computers that i have built i have used the 77a model and they are nice for a .27 monitor

Like i said in my original post(read all of it next time🙂) i work for a wholesaler, so thats why i can get it so cheap, i think some of our customers sell them for around 300-350, i know we sell them for 260ish, and 200 is our price.
