Day's new CMS - CQ5

So my team is being merged with another and we'll be moving from .NET to having our entire site built around Day's new CMS software CQ5. I believe that I would be one of the ones trained in porting over our site or I could find another role. Has anyone heard of other companies using this software?

Basically, is this a resume builder or a timesink where i would be better off learning something else. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
If it makes you feel better, I've not heard of their CMS before. 🙂 Looks heavily YahooUI based.
