Day's new CMS - CQ5

So my team is being merged with another and we'll be moving from .NET to having our entire site built around Day's new CMS software CQ5. I believe that I would be one of the ones trained in porting over our site or I could find another role. Has anyone heard of other companies using this software?

Basically, is this a resume builder or a timesink where i would be better off learning something else. Any advice would be appreciated.

If it makes you feel better, I've not heard of their CMS before. Looks heavily YahooUI based.

I've heard of CMS, just not CQ5.
