Daylight savings begins april 7!

<< I get off of work an hour earlier! w00t! 😀 >>

sh!t, I guess that means I loose an hour of pay also. 🙁

It's a myth. Just say no.

Actually, I get confused in the fall. It's 2:00 AM and I have to turn my clock back. In an hour it's 2:00AM again and I have to turn my clock back again. In another hour, it's 2:00AM and I have to turn my clock back.

Don't know where you guys are but for me, it's 1:36AM.

I don't care for all that screwing around with clocks so I got a few of those self setting tickers and they work great.

When I woke this morning my computer had a message saying that it had updated the time for daylight savings....it was 6:30 but the system clock was adjusted to 7:30....I about sh*t my pants!!! I have to be at work at 7:30.....I stumbled around and check my cell...it said 6:30....didn?t trust it..had to call my parents and ask if daylight savings was today!! Aaaaaaahhhhhhh.....what a way to start your morning...

I personally could care less and I'm an insomniac so it'll really throw me for a loop. But it's worth it since I can now get home and it's still day out and plenty of time to shoot some hoops or mow the yard (so I won't have to do it on the weekends.) Bring on the sunshine. I'm so glad we'll be well out of the months now where I leave from a long day's work and never see the sunshine.

can't wait...looking forward to an hour longer of darkness in the mornings. my 9-month-old daughter seems to think that once it is light out, it's time to get up. So she keeps waking us up earlier and earlier. Now it's about 6AM that she wakes up. So I'm hoping that once we set the clocks ahead, hopefully she'll "sleep in" til 7. boy i hope so.

And btw, I like dalylight savings time, if they ever get rid of it, i'll cry. 😀

Don't forget!!! It is today!!! Jan 7th!!!

I noticed when I woke up and my watch said 5:30 and then I hop onto the computer to play a little chess and notice the time on my taskbar was 6:40.

Have an important meeting early tomorrow morning and it would suck REALLY bad to be an hour late.

Good morning, change the clocks. 😀

daylight saving dosn't make the day an hour longer or give us any more daylight.
why not move the clock by a half hour (in the middle) and stop this nonsence.:disgust:
