I just took a quick look at their Twitter. It seems I'm not the only one who thinks their quality has gone down over the years (and I *maybe* eat there once a year). With all the burger options nowadays (In-N-Out, WhataBurger, Five Guys, etc.), they're lucky to even get any customers.
