there's this recipe i make, pumpkin soup. It's pumpkin, dahl (a type of lentil that cooks quite soft), chicken stock, plus a series of highly aromatic herbs: scotch bonnets, thai basil, mint, garlic.
you know how, when you eat something minty, everything else you eat / drink seems stronger?
