Getting this game first thing, hope its as good as it says, I'm getting bored with Rome total war =p It gets boring trying to conquer the Gauls for 5 hours

what made me mad is that i downloaded the demo(took a while) then it didn't work

downloaded it from a different website(didn't work either)

made me soo mad...took up like 2 hours of my time to see it fail. argghhhh....why is it not working?! i tried it on two different comps same thing. someone help me or send me a working demo plz???

There were/is massive problems with the demo working/installing on some comps. I had the same problem...wehn I bought retail, it worked fine. I'm not sure what the problem is though.

Correct me if Im wrong but didnt Relic do Homeworld 1 and 2 + Cataclysm?

I dont think Homeworld was given the true credit such a game deserved. I hope Relic get a lot of credit for Dawn of War. It is just simply superb.

My biggest gripe is Stand Ground + Versatile Stance. My Marines seem to stand around like idiots when the Orks come running up with their axes and mash them to pieces. I use stand ground because Heavy Bolter squads work wonders when they are stood still. (Makes me wonder why a Heavy Bolter Marine makes a suicide charge in the intro)

They seem to refuse to go hand to hand if they are told to stand their ground.
