I'd put Romero above the one Fulci I've seen so far (City of the Living Dead -- weird ghost-zombies instead of "real" zombies)

When I saw the thread Title I thought Gore decided to run again.

Dean is certainly a lot more "animated", only thing missing from his Iowa speech was "Brains, Brains, I want your Brains".

Dawn of the Dead is my favorite horror movie and I am looking forward to the remake. My hopes aren't high but you never know, even if the movie is bad it should be good for some laughs (as in, "Man, that was stupid").

I am getting realy tired of all these crappy remakes. Dawn of teh Dead is a classic, and it shouldn't be touched.

Some movies they realy should remake are Logan's Run and Death Race 2000.
