I remember watching this back in '77 (I think) and when it came up, I cringed because I thought gee - this is going to be terrible, I mean Bing & Bowie????

After they did it, I was blown away - what a great duet - probably the best Christmas duet I've ever heard. Thoughts?

I don't think there will ever be another singer like Bing Crosby.

This isn't as bad as I expected. Not bad at all.

That is probably the worst version of Drummer Boy I've ever heard. They both look really uncomfortable and the whole thing looks forced.

I find that pretty sad. Bowie is NOT the caliber of Crosby, but the video is showcasing Bowie. To me, the video illustrates the ending of one era and the ushering in of the next.

RIP Mr. Crosby
