I have the "Live at Folsom Field" and "Listener Supported" DVDs. One is DTS and the other is Dolby Digital. Both sound great in 5.1 formats. I think in order to appreciate DMB's music, you have to see it as they are making it such as the concert DVDs. In the car, I have "Listener Supported" on CD. I also enjoy that very much.

In my car, I have a ten-disc changer...currently loaded:

Under the Table and Dreaming
Some Devil
Live At Luther College (2 CD's)
Live in Central Park (3 CD's)

Spotlight was a good song but they haven't played it in years. I really dig the old tapes I have when Peter Griesar was in the band. He left the band a couple months before I caught my first show. Blue Water Baboon Farm is good, and the Water/Wine jam of old was a live favorite. I'm not a huge fan of Some Devil, but it has it's moments. The band still puts out good albums and I admire their hard work. Everyday is probably my least favorite band album but it's still good.

DMB Songs: #41 and Let you Down

DMB Album: Crash and Listener Supported

DMB is possibly one of the best musical acts I've ever seen and heard live. Seen them 3 times and they sound so much better live than on their cd. Which is not the case with so many bands. Boyd Tinsley(violinist) is such a bad-ass!

no mention of All Along the Watchtower? their version is better than Dylan's and Hendrix's!

also like #41, Rhyme or Reason, and Seek up

DMB is the one band where I don't 'dislike' even one of their songs 🙂
