DAVE Mac to PC software

I am having a problem on my LAN with my DAVE file sharing software. I have a G4 running DAVE and it will only connect to three machines out of eight. IP's and subnet masks are all correct, but when I try to open a PC through DAVE, I get an error that says " The server "NAME" cannot be accessed on the network." I have checked settigns in Windows and they are all identical. Any ideas?
