That is in fact the one.

Great memory

Makes it a great moment and a sad one since it also proves that he in fact didnt read the links in the OP which describes the event in a Grishamesque narrative.

thumbs up?

you decide

yup, i like many of ATOT are link lazy. if u dont put it in the OP, then i...

and so what?

btw DAve- Congrats on fighting the system!

I have yet to see any information that suggests that Dave actually helped to do anything.

Congrats! You know, at under $100 I would have just paid it. When cops pull me over they have one hand on their gun, so I dont give them any excuse. Good thing guys like you fight this kind of stuff. Kinda funny that your wife told you to calm down.

you know about cops, right? they often defend each with an almost rabid sense of loyalty, even if their brethren did something that's blatantly wrong.

you gonna get arrested

(or maybe a speeding ticket)

um perk had a question didnt he>?

Really, only a few people are actually asking a chronic liar for proof of this email he claims to have received? Even a moderator has asked him for it and he's not produced it. Of course, none of us are surprised.

As posted in the OPs webpage, he had a video/audio recording of the incident and St. George Police Chief Scott Uhrig viewed them after getting protest calls from more than 300 other victims. Video probably helped, not sure how instrumental it is.

Video one - just after he tried to claim I did not have the seatbelt on
Video two- when he hands me ticket and I ask if it is county court or city

Another related video - Brett Darrow case.

I once helped Obama fight a group of republican vampires back when he called himself a community organizer.

Having worked in the criminal justice arena for many years, the system is very corrupt and police/sheriff work has become a profit center. This goes all the way up through the DA office and Judges. Yes, they will occasionally get caught, but for the most part, the profit is too high to change your methodology. Whereas many years ago it was rare to find a crooked cop and DA (District Attorney) and Judge, today it is rare to find an honest one.

debi is so right.

I could say the Earth is round and you guys would argue it's flat.

Oh wait, that's right a lot of you belong to the Flat Earth Society.

Nope

You would come on here and say "I Fucking made the earth round!" and then post links from your page of Google-earth.

"proof" we would ask, while pointing out that you neither have the ability to form a planet nor are 5-ish billion years old...

"Wahhh I'm a baby unwilling to prove shit because, being a known-liar, not proving shit gets me more attention!" (roughly translated)

/attention

Think how much better your credibility would be if you would produce the email as recommended by Perk.

You have a serious habit of shooting for extremes to the point that you miss and/or divert when called on.

Gas, vinegar and milk are a few good examples.

Which article are you reading?

ST. GEORGE — A car-mounted video camera — more commonly used by police than against them — captured a loud and threatening confrontation in this tiny St. Louis County community that left an officer on suspension and the whole world able to listen in.

The picture doesn't show much, but the audio part of the recording, posted on Google Video and YouTube on the Internet, brought more than 300 protest calls to St. George Police Chief Scott Uhrig.

....snip....

Brett Darrow, 20, of St. Louis, said he was the driver who recorded the exchange. He posted it online Saturday.

Why is the name Dave or David not referenced in any of the news articles? I don't see anything on the website that says Dave did anything to help with anything.

Trying to make sense of this:
After rounding a very sharp blind curve I noticed there was that small red pickup. He must have spotted the cop and nearly stopped since we caught up to him. Then came darting out on the highway with siren and lights. After the curve we were over pulled to the side of the rode almost in front of the Truitt's Cave entrance.
