in particular the milpitas one..

i was wondering if it's ok for someone that's under 21 to go in without a parent or guardian... in their policies they say "Guests under the age of 21 (legal drinking age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (a person 25 years of age or older who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests). " so that leads me to believe that no guests under 21 can go at all without a parent/guardian.. but then a friend said that they could get in before 10pm without.... so i dunno.. anyone with experiences?

this comes up because a friend is 18, and the rest of us are 21+...

21 years old to drink. What a scam. It's 19 here, in lovely Toronto. In Montreal, your 18 year old freind would be old enough, of course there it's not Dave and Busters. It's Jacque and Pierre's, and there's no non smoking section.......

If I remember correctly, no one under 21 unless you're with a 25 year old. And then at 10pm, ALL minors (under 21) get kicked out.
