What a little bitch. Her dad is looking out for her and she turns him in? The cops can't do any kind of a search can they? The call wasn't for anything of that sort, what gives them the right? I hope she gets rapez0red

A father of five children can do whatever he wants. I wouldn't assume he is physically hurting his kids if he calls the cops on a drunk daughter.

Well it's a good thing you're probably a good 10-20 years away from being old enough to have kids... based on your assinine opinions.

It's asinine bro, and I don't see how his opinion could be considered asinine because he's saying that the father should be allowed to relax somehow. If he wants to eff himself up, let him do it, he's got his hands full already. At least he won't allow his daughter down the same path.

Wouldn't it be an illegal search? Even though the girl said the stuff was there, she is a minor and can't consent a search. Wouldn't the father have to let the officers search the house?

If the cops were bored (Which they probably were) they could've gotten a search warrant within a few hours time.

but if they were supposed to get a warrant, if they didn't, this'll all be thrown out. yup.
I hope they update so we can find out what actually happens, or one of ATOT's lawyers chimes in.

the fact that cops were already called for a domestic issue, then the girl says she fears for her safety due to drugs and guns, i dont see where they would have trouble proving probable cause.
