Is it ok for a senior in high school to date a sophmore in high school? Had my eye on this girl for a while, think I'm gonna make my move

I met my first love in HS when I was a senior, she was a soph. We stayed together for 3 years. As long as you're not just robbing the cradle.
 
No. The only reason a senior boy wants to date a sophomore girl is to get into her panties. The parents of the girl should not allow it and if you persist the father should beat the crap out of you and then drop you off a cliff.

I did it. Bear in mind rh71's advice AND keep in mind that no matter what you think, there will be a signifigant maturity difference.... she may stay with you for the status of dating a senior loooooooong after things should have been over. I was also a year young for my grade too... but.... w/e

robbing the cradle is just fine too btw :thumbsup:

Sure its possible, But watch out for the stupid politics of high school, and make sure both of you are at the same maturity level.
 
I've got no problem with it. I took a soph to the prom, mostly because I was (and still am) a giant nerd. But, then again, I was 17 and she was 16, so it wasn't a big deal at all.

I dated a sophomore when I was a senior in HS. First true love and all - but she was emotionally and mentally mature for her age. Even though we had a falling out, we still meet for coffee occasionally -- 6 years later.
