Date/Time off 10 minutes and other gitters

My computer clock is starting to run about 10 minutes a day slow and I'm getting jitters when playing MP3's and opening browser windows. What do you guys think this is? Is it possible my CMOS battery is going dead? Its a pretty new system on an IWILL KK133 and a 1.33 thunderbird @ 1.5 ghz that has been running stable for over 3-4 months.

I think the time has to do with a dying CMOS battery.
