Database of Windows versions?

Anyone know if there is a concise list of windows version numbers anywhere with a description of the update reasons?


 
I don't know if he would have your specific answer, but This Walbeehm dude has done alot of research on Windows updates and bug fixes.

The guys I used to work with said that argueably there are 7 versions of Win 95, and 4 versions of Win 98. No flames here, but that can't be too far off when you consider the Y2K updates to command.com, much less all the other files.
